Part-Time Store Team Lead - Flexible Hours & Community Impact

Co-op is looking for a Customer Team Leader to run a small store team in Alnwick. This permanent, part-time role is 20 hours per week with regular overtime, and shifts early mornings across weekdays including at least one weekend shift.

You'll lead on the shop floor and tills, coordinate merchandising, stock accuracy and customer service, and help promote Co-op membership benefits. You must be 18+ and ready to join a community-focused retailer.
