Part-Time Store Supervisor & Duty Manager

St. David's Ltd. in Cardiff is seeking a part-time Supervisor/Duty Manager (20 hrs) to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering strong commercial results.

The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining standards across operations while controlling costs and maximising profitability in a busy retail environment. You will lead by example, manage shift coverage, coach colleagues, and collaborate with teams to meet targets and uphold
