Job Description
Overview

Summary of role: We are looking for a Part-Time Store Supervisor to support our busy store in Dunnes Stores Jetland Shopping Centre, Limerick. This position covers 16-24 hours per week with shifts every Saturday and Sunday, with midweek availability required for one full shift. Candidates must be flexible to cover shifts across all opening hours of 8am-10pm. Shifts worked on Sundays and hours worked over 39 hours are paid at time and a half. Bank Holidays are paid at double time and we currently pay on a weekly basis. This role is located within a concession of a fast-paced supermarket environment. Candidates must be comfortable building relationships with customers, fellow Nourish teammates, and Dunnes staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, drive, and motivate the team to meet daily targets and maintain a culture of excellent customer service.
  • Support the leadership team with the overall performance and running of the store; plan and prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly.
  • Ensure stock replenishment is managed to maintain continuous product availability.
  • Maintain high store standards of cleanliness and compliance with health & safety.
  • Effectively merchandise and display products and in-store offers.
  • Demonstrate respect, trust, and integrity at all times.
  • Manage and adapt to multi-tasking and pressure to deliver results.
  • Foster strong communication and interpersonal skills within the team and with customers.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Has previous leadership experience and a minimum of 1-year retail experience (an advantage).
  • Has a relevant qualification (beneficial).
  • Passion for nutrition and promoting a healthy lifestyle; interest in the company mission and products.
  • Willingness to learn about the health and wellness industry and keep up to date with trends in health food, supplements, and herbal remedies.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
