Part Time Security Officer

G4S are looking for a Part Time Security Officer at a busy site in Peterhead, where you will carry out duties in a busy environment where no two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to carve out a career with the biggest name in security.

Position: Part Time Security Officer

Location: Peterhead, Aberdeenshire

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Hours: 24 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Nights, Weekends - 8 hour shifts - any 3 out of 7

Candidates must be able to drive and have their own transportation due to the location.

Your Time at Work

• Greeting staff and visitors and issuing passes
• Conducting searches where required
• Patrolling the premises and dealing with security incidents both on foot and via vehicle
• Responding to alarm triggers and emergency signals on site
• Access control and signing visitors in and out of site
• Gatehouse duties
• Dealing with disturbances or issues and security incidents, first aid and incident reporting

Our Perfect Worker

It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. All our admin is digital and paperless, so you need to be tech savvy enough to use our digital devices.

Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
