Part-Time School Kitchen Lead - Nutritious Meals & Safety

Vertas is seeking a Head of Kitchen at Gotham Primary School to lead the school kitchen operations. The role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 1:30pm, across 39.2 weeks per year, delivering nutritious meals and ensuring food safety standards.

You will manage day-to-day cooking activities, supervise staff, control stock and budgets, and uphold health and safety regulations while supporting children and staff with high-quality catering services.
