Part-Time School Kitchen Lead - 25h (Mon-Fri)

Vertas is seeking a Head of Kitchen to join our Catering Team at Trent Vale Infant/Nursery, NG9 1LP. This role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-1:30pm, for 39.2 weeks each year, with a focus on delivering nutritious meals and high service standards.

You will lead a small kitchen team, manage day-to-day operations, ensure food safety and hygiene, monitor stock, and uphold the organisation's commitment to safeguarding and excellent food service.
