Part-time (school hours) Veterinary Surgeon role - Woking
Posted 14 days 23 hours ago by British Veterinary Association
Since its opening, this wonderful independent practice has gone from strength to strength. Opened with a clear vision of providing friendly, first-class care for pets and their families, it's already become a much-loved part of the community.
Thanks to an awesome team and their commitment to next-level patient care, the practice is growing fast. Clients here are loyal, dedicated, and genuinely invested in doing the best for their pets - making the work not only rewarding but also deeply impactful in improving quality of life.
The practice is fully equipped with all the toys, bells, and whistles you'd expect from a brand-new site (and probably a few extras). Visiting specialists and telemedicine support mean most cases can be handled under one roof, while the team thrives in a busy, energetic environment where they work hard, play hard, and celebrate success together.
Now, they're looking for another vet to join the adventure.
What they're looking for- A real passion for consulting and client care
- Someone who thrives on using extended consults to get to the bottom of cases and deliver the best outcomes
- Flexibility and curiosity - whether you love diagnostics, imaging, or want to build a new service around your specialism, they'll back you
- Part-time hours: Mon-Fri, 10:00-15:00 (hours negotiable), plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
- Competitive salary
- 6.6 weeks annual leave (incl. bank hols, pro-rata)
- Health Shield membership + annual wellness allowance
- Pension scheme & Employee Assistance Programme
- Unlimited development opportunities - whatever direction you'd like to take
- No out-of-hours (unless you really want to!)
If you're excited by the idea of joining a young, thriving, independent practice where your ideas will be heard, your growth supported, and your work truly appreciated, this could be the perfect next step.
