About the Role: Based at Lantern Lane Primary School Annex, LE12 6QN , you will be working 7:00am to 8:30am and 4:30pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday , 15 hours per week, 52 weeks per year . You'll play a key role in providing high quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out day to day maintenance and minor repairs. Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly. Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records. Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties. Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and having a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety, all training will be provided. Opening and securing the premises as required. Who are we looking for? Great customer service and communication skills and experience in a similar setting.
