Job Description

This is a pt time role 5 mornings per week, 4hrs per day- 20hrs per week. We are recruiting a Sales Administrator for a small distribution company based in the Blackrock area. Hours are 5 mornings per week, 4hrs per day- 20hrs per week. This is a small friendly team. We are seeking a candidate who will work well in a team environment but also independently. This job is working on site.

Duties
  • Liaising with customers on the phone to take orders and deal with queries in relation to products, pricing and delivery.
  • Liaising with suppliers to source products and discuss design and delivery times
  • Order the goods from the manufacturers, follow through with lead times - full cycle of order, liaising with the customer in relation to delivery times
  • Administrative duties
  • Other ad hoc duties if required such as sales, shipping and invoicing
Requirements
  • Ideally candidates will have some previous order processing or customer service experience from an office environment
  • Strong administration skills would be beneficial
  • Must be IT literate- Microsoft word and excel.
  • Unfortunately parking is not provided with the job.
  • Rate: €19ph
