Part-Time Retail Team Leader (16h)

ASDA is seeking a Team Leader in BASINGSTOKE for a part-time role. The position is permanent with a 16-hour week on day shifts. You will lead a team, oversee daily operations across a store section, and ensure stock, pricing, and service standards meet targets.

You will coach colleagues, support a positive customer experience, and adapt to different store formats including ASDA Express locations, using data to inform decisions.
