Part-Time Retail Team Lead - Customer Focused

Compass Group UK&I in Bournemouth is recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to help ensure the smooth running of operations for a major High Street brand.

As a Retail Supervisor you will supervise frontline teams, manage till cash handling, check deliveries, place stock orders, and produce weekly rotas while maintaining a welcoming, can-do environment focused on great customer service.
