Part-Time Retail Supervisor, Merchandising & Team Leadership

Pilgrims Hospices seeks a part-time Retail Supervisor for our Tenterden Vintage Store. You will help drive the day-to-day shop operations and support volunteers and staff to deliver excellent service to the local community.

You will work as part of a team, aiming to meet financial targets and maintain high merchandising standards while upholding health & safety policies. This role involves 21 hours per week with flexible days across Monday to Sunday.
