Part-Time Retail Supervisor - Lead Store Team & Drive Sales

Deichmann in Barnstaple is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor to join our team and support the Store Manager in a busy retail environment.

You will lead, train and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service and accurate cash handling. The role requires energy, reliability and a proactive attitude to hit sales targets and maintain a high standard of presentation.

The position is permanent, 16 hours per week, with an hourly rate up to £13.91 and a potential commission on sales.
