Part-Time Retail Supervisor - Lead & Drive Sales

Superdrug is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small store team in Ilfracombe. The role focuses on motivating staff, driving sales, and delivering top-tier customer service while managing day-to-day operations and store presentation.

You will support the management team with stock, till accuracy, and shrinkage control. Shifts are flexible across weekdays and weekends, with 16 hours weekly and potential for more hours.
