Part-Time Retail Duty Manager Lead & Develop the Store

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a part-time Duty Manager to join the Leeds store as a Retail Assistant.

You will lead shifts, deliver strong customer service and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time you manage the store. Key duties include maximising store availability and sales, engaging and retaining great people, ensuring cash handling and security policies are followed, and driving the delivery of the One Best Way processes with a hands-on leadership style.
