Part-Time Retail Customer Service Supervisor

B&M Retail Limited in Plymouth is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor for a permanent, part-time role (20 hours per week). You will support the Customer Service Manager with cash office and checkout duties to ensure customers receive excellent service in a fast-paced store.

Ideal candidates will have experience supervising a small team in retail, strong numerical and problem-solving skills, and a flexible, can-do attitude to work daytime, evenings, and weekend shifts.
