Part-Time Resident Experience & Lettings Coordinator

Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a Lettings & Events Associate for Verse, our modern rental accommodation in Cardiff. You will deliver a warm front-of-house experience and assist with lettings from offer to move-in, ensuring residents settle in smoothly.

The role is part-time (22.5 hours across 3 days) with shifts 9am-8pm Mon-Fri and 10am-4pm weekends on a rota. You will coordinate events, communications, and tenancy checks to maintain a vibrant resident community.
