Part-Time Reservations Agent: Guest-Focused Booking Pro

Rosewood London is seeking a part-time Reservations Agent to join our front-line team. You will respond to guest room reservation requests with the aim of converting each enquiry into a confirmed booking, using the hotel's selling strategy and delivering refined guest service.

This 16-hour-per-week role requires strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork and familiarity with Opera PMS. You will help maximise profitability while upholding Rosewood's RELATIONSHIP HOSPITALITY standards.
