Part-Time Relief Pharmacist - Independent 3 Days/Week

Clarity is recruiting a Relief Pharmacist for a well-established pharmacy in Co. Leitrim.

What you need to know:

This is a permanent, part-time position working 3 days per week. The role offers excellent work-life balance, with no Sundays or late nights. You will be working independently for 2 of those days, with additional support from the Supervising Pharmacist available on the third day. The pharmacy operates using the MPS dispensing system. The location is conveniently situated approximately 30 minutes from Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal, and around 25 minutes from Sligo Town.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide a safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing service in line with PSI guidelines and pharmacy procedures.
• Ensure the safe supply of medicines, including prescription checking, counselling, and patient support.
• Offer professional advice to patients and promote adherence and positive health outcomes.
• Support the Superintendent/Managing Pharmacist in the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
• Maintain stock control, including ordering, storage, and expiry date monitoring.
• Oversee dispensary operations and support staff supervision when required.
• Carry out any other duties as required to support the pharmacy team
