Part-Time Recruitment Coordinator Apprenticeship & Sourcing

T H WHITE Group is seeking a part-time Recruitment Co-ordinator to support the Recruitment Partner and employee services team. You'll create engaging job adverts, screen candidates, book interviews and keep applicants informed while assisting with apprenticeship recruitment.

This role emphasises strong organisation and communication, with the chance to liaise across a growing business and reduce agency reliance. Prior recruitment experience helps but isn't essential.
