Part-Time Quality Advice Supervisor-Lead & Train Volunteers

A local advice service in Worcester seeks a part-time Advice Session/Quality Advice Supervisor to supervise service delivery and maintain advice quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in advice work or relevant transferable skills, with training provided as necessary. This role is part-time (18.5 hours/week) with a salary range of £27,254 - £28,142 per annum pro rata. Candidates will be responsible for recruiting and training volunteers and ensuring that the quality of advice meets set standards.
