Job Description
Greenbanks Heritage is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee our supported living property portfolio. This office-based role includes regular property visits, maintaining compliance records and coordinating repairs, tenancy agreements and landlord relations.
The role focuses on ensuring safe, well-maintained homes, with responsibilities spanning rent tracking, service charges, PEEPs and fire safety monitoring. Eligible candidates are highly organised, detail-focused and communicative.
