Part-Time Practice Nurse Thu-Fri: Respiratory & Chronic Care

The Colne Practice in Rickmansworth is seeking an experienced practice nurse to join their busy team on a part-time basis, 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday). A respiratory interest (asthma, COPD, spirometry) is preferred and GP practice experience is essential.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver nursing services to the entitled patient population and help manage long-term conditions, with focus on asthma and COPD care coordination.
