Reed is partnering with a busy business in Gloucester to recruit a Part Time People Partner. The role supports managers and colleagues with HR advice while shaping the colleague experience.

You will cover employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, engagement, culture, rewards and policies, and HR projects, working closely with the People & Office Assistant on payroll and facilities.
