Part-Time People & Culture Leader

Bamboo Nine, an established digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced People Manager for a hands-on, part-time role (2-3 days per week). You'll own the people function, coach managers, and ensure HR processes run smoothly while helping attract and retain great people.

You'll lead HR operations, recruitment, performance and engagement, working with the CEO and leadership team. Experience with UK employment law, CIPD level 7, and Bamboo HR is highly valued.
