️ The Role

As a Payroll Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our payroll processes and ensuring accurate data input. You don't need prior payroll or HR experience-if you've worked in a clerical or administrative role and have a knack for handling data and deadlines, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Input and maintain payroll data with precision and accuracy

• Assist with payroll reporting and documentation

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely submission of payroll information

• Prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines and manage competing demands

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies

• Support general administrative duties as needed

Working Hours

• 25 hours per week

• Monday to Friday

• Flexible start and finish times to suit your schedule

About You

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
