Part-Time Patient Health Navigator - Frontline Care

Omnes Healthcare is seeking a Patient Health Care Navigator to join our GP surgery team in East Dulwich. The role is 20 hours per week, part-time, with a focus on managing patient calls and providing friendly administrative support.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling confidential information with discretion, supporting clinical and management teams, and helping deliver NHS Primary Medical Services with compassion and efficiency.
