Tile House Surgery is seeking a proactive medical receptionist/care navigator for 24 hours per week across four 6-hour shifts. The role is front-line, handling face-to-face, online and phone queries, and supports staff to keep systems running smoothly.
The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication, and IT/admin skills, with flexibility to cover extra hours as needed.
