Job Context

Glenlorn Healthcare is a growing nationwide healthcare and support services company operating across Ireland. We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Part-Time Office Manager to support the smooth running of our daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and support the coordination of staffing, compliance, payroll, office administration, and operational activities.

Educational Requirements
  • Qualification or background in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Relevant office administration training or certification is an advantage
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in office administration, office management, or operations support preferred
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or support services is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Sage and QuickBooks is desirable
