Part-Time Night Porter - Security & Guest Relations

Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Night Porter - Security & Guest Relations to join our facilities and operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who are responsible, customer-focused, and comfortable working night shifts. The Night Porter plays a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and overall satisfaction of guests and staff during overnight hours.

As a Night Porter, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees during the night, maintaining a secure environment while delivering exceptional guest service. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and proactive in all situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the security of the premises during night hours.
• Greet and assist guests, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas.
• Handle guest queries, requests, and minor complaints efficiently.
• Manage access control, including visitor logs and key management.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or security incidents.
• Perform basic administrative and reporting tasks related to night operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of public areas where required.
• Liaise with day staff to ensure smooth shift handovers.

Experience

Working Hours

• Part time role.
• Night shifts, typically between 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (flexible depending on operational needs).
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
