Part-Time Neighbourhood Housing Officer

Northumberland Fire Group is seeking a part-time tenancy officer to deliver effective tenancy management within a defined area, handling changes in tenancies, property inspections, breaches, and estate management.

You will conduct home visits, work with residents and partners, match properties, arrange accompanied viewings, sign-ups, and promote resident engagement, including meetings outside office hours. 20 hours per week across 3 days.
