Part-Time Mental Health Support Worker - Empower Daily Living

S.N.G HEALTHCARE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Support Worker for a mental health service in Southampton. The role focuses on safe, person-centred support for adults with complex mental health needs, promoting independence and personal goals.

You will assist with daily living, community access, appointments and leisure activities, while safeguarding and documenting care. The position is part-time, 24 hours/week, with shifts every Saturday and Sunday.
