Part-Time Medical Receptionist - Phone Focused, Training Provided

NHS Attenborough Surgery is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team. The role focuses mainly on telephone work with some administration, supporting a busy practice with a list of around 33,000 patients.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling calls, processing prescriptions, booking appointments, updating records and maintaining confidentiality. Full training will be provided; part-time hours are available, with a mix of shifts.
