Part-Time Maintenance & Facilities Technician (20h)

HC-One Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team for 20 hours per week. You will apply solid maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping skills to keep residents' spaces proactively inspected and well maintained.

You will carry out audits, keep records up to date and perform hands-on tasks such as replacing taps, fitting extractor fans and repairing timber on windows, all performed with kindness and care.
