Part Time, Live Out, Nanny, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire

A warm and professional family of four, based in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, is looking for an experienced and reliable nanny to help ensure the smooth running of their household. The family has two happy young sons, who will be aged 2 and 1 in July 2026.

This is a part time position working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 16 15pm (7.5 hours/week), starting in July 2026.

Alongside general nursery duties, you should genuinely enjoy spending time with children. Part of your role will involve maintaining a tidy home, collecting the boys from their nursery, playing with them, preparing their dinner, and supporting clean up. At times, you may be required to oversee bathtime, and at most times one parent will aim to be around for bath and bed.

Responsibilities

• Managing the children's wardrobes and toys, keeping the playroom organised
• Assisting with the children's laundry
• Picking the boys up from nursery (6 min drive away)
• Keeping the boys happy and entertained with a variety of age appropriate activities
• Preparing the boys' dinners (food will be bought, thought out and sometimes pre cooked)
• Resetting key areas such as the kitchen and playroom daily
• Sometimes overseeing bath and bed
• Ensuring the boys have everything they need for nursery each day
• Maintaining a tidy home
• Collecting the boys from their nursery

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience working with children
• Enhanced DBS certificate up to date
• 12 hour paediatric first aid certificate
• Own fully insured car and clean licence; duty mileage will be paid
• Minimum two professional referees, one of whom must be your current or last employer and both immediately contactable
• Appropriate professional insurance (nanny insurance) recommended

• Pay: £7,215 gross per annum, plus overtime at £18.50 gross per hour
