Part-Time Learning Disability Support Worker - Empower Care

Guild Care in Worthing is seeking a part-time Learning Disability Support Worker for Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri 08:30-16:30 across two day centres. You will provide practical 1-to-1 support to adults with learning disabilities, helping with daily activities and meaningful engagement.

You'll assist with personal care, mobility with hoists and wheelchairs, and promote independence in a compassionate, person-centred way. Training is provided from day one.
