Part-Time Learning Coach: Mentor for Student Success

South Thames Colleges Group is offering a Learning Coach role across Carshalton, Merton, Kingston and Wandsworth. The position is 28 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, term-time only, supporting learners with SEMH needs and ESOL/English and Maths support requirements.

Experience is not essential but beneficial; you should be able to demonstrate initiative, organisation, and clear communication. A GCSE/Level 2 in English and Maths is preferred.
