Job Description

Capita, in partnership with Selborne, is seeking a part-time Learning and Development/SpLD Adviser in Portsmouth. The role covers HRD interviews, coaching, and support for neurodivergent learners within the Royal Navy education programme.

This 20-hour weekly position offers flexible benefits, onsite facilities, and opportunities to gain further qualifications while making a real difference to learners within the naval community.
