Part-Time HR/People Coordinator - Onboarding & People Ops

AJW Group is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator (People Coordinator) to join our People team in a part time capacity. The role covers onboarding, employee records, and supporting employee relations, with opportunities to pursue a People Professional apprenticeship alongside the role.

You will organise induction, draft contracts, complete pre employment checks, handle queries, and support engagement events while maintaining confidentiality and driving a positive employee experience.
