Part-Time HR Manager: Shape People & Policy

Blusource Finance Limited is seeking a Part Time HR Manager to operate on a part-time, office-based basis from Castle Donington. The role is stand-alone and will closely support the owner and senior leadership, handling employee relations, policy documentation, and day-to-day HR administration before expanding the people agenda.

You will bring experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist, strong relationship-building with managers, UK employment law knowledge, and the ability to work
