Part-Time HR & Sustainability Coordinator

CMA Recruitment Group is hiring an HR Coordinator for a part-time, office-based role in Chichester. The role supports the employee lifecycle and sustainability initiatives across the organisation, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and wellbeing initiatives while helping manage environmental accreditations and reporting. CIPD Level 3 or progress toward it is desirable.
