Part-Time HR Advisor - Employee Relations & Wellbeing

Southend Care Ltd is searching for a Part Time HR Advisor to join their HR & Recruitment Team, working 30 hours per week from Tuesday to Friday. This role involves hands-on HR operations, supporting processes across all Southend Care sites, and reporting to the HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities include overseeing employee relations cases, providing training to managers, and managing absence trends. Applicants ideally should be CIPD Level 5 qualified or possess relevant experience.
