Job Description
Hiring4Health is seeking a Home Ageing Services Coordinator to support the HAS Unit's Executive Team in delivering client-centered home aged care services. You will oversee case management, develop individualised support plans, and ensure compliance with funding, quality standards, and WHS policies.
The role requires a nursing or health/welfare qualification, plus 2+ years' experience in government-funded home aged care, strong English, and the ability to manage budgets and lead quality
