Part-Time Global HR Manager (Fintech, 21h/wk)

Cassini is recruiting an HR Manager for a part-time maternity cover in London, working 21 hours per week over four days. You will support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, implementing policies and overseeing the Chennai Office HR Advisor.

You will provide training and coaching on HR processes, drive performance management, and help shape compensation and benefits discussions while ensuring data-driven HR practices.
