Part-Time Flexible Job Eastleigh Town Centre - Weekdays & Weekends

Successful candidates will need to be available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday), and ideally both, to meet the operational needs of the business. As a hospitality environment, our busiest periods are evenings and weekends, and these are the hours this role is primarily recruited to support. Our busiest hours fall outside typical office hours, so this role is best suited to candidates who are comfortable working a varied shift pattern.

Our restaurant operates between 6:00am and 11:00pm, with team members on site from 5:00am to prepare the restaurant for the day ahead and after closing until 1:00am to ensure the restaurant is clean and stocked for the next day. There are legal restrictions on working before 6:00am and after midnight, so this role may not be suitable if you are not legally permitted to work during these times.

Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you'll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
