About the Business
A small but ambitious and growing business based on the Wirral, known for its friendly team culture and flexible working environment. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to support their Finance Director and help shape the future of their financial operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Director with month-end routines and financial close processes
• Prepare and review financial data for internal reporting
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Submit payroll data to their outsourced payroll provider
• Liaise with suppliers and assist with deliveries when required (occasional business support)

What We're Looking For

• AAT qualified or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in management accounts and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• A proactive, flexible team player who's happy to support wider business needs when required
