Location: Sheffield Outreach (S11)
Hourly rate: £12.75 per hour
Hours per week: Part time (20 hours)
Training Provided: Full training provided. Opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Full UK Manual or Automatic Driving Licence
• No sponsorship is available for this position

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independent and meaningful lives
• Promote independence and build social connections for people living in their own homes
• Encourage participation in community activities and new experiences
• Carry out everyday tasks and support with household activities as required
• Maintain accurate records of care and progress for each person

People We Support

Our outreach team supports over 15 people living in their own homes. Many enjoy activities such as swimming and have a love of animals, so an interest in these areas would be a great fit.

Schedule

Shifts range from 3 to 15 hours. Typical pattern is between 07:30am and 22:00, including weekdays and alternate weekends.
