Part-Time Facilities Caretaker: Maintenance & Customer Care

CV Recruitment is seeking a dedicated part-time caretaker for a busy business centre in Widnes. This role involves ensuring high-quality client service, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring the security of the building.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on skills, excellent customer service capabilities, and the ability to develop relationships with clients. The position offers a flexible schedule of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.
