Part-Time Estates & Maintenance Operative

Retirement Villages Group is seeking an Estates Operative for The Willowbury Retirement Village on a part-time schedule (30 hours per week). You'll help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents, handling routine maintenance and outdoor care, and responding to requests with a proactive approach.

Working with the Facilities Manager, you'll conduct monthly checks, assist with decorating and minor repairs, and keep outdoor spaces well-kept.
