Part-Time Customer Team Leader - Lead Store & Service

Co-op in Redruth is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small team and run a fast-paced store, including potential post office counter duties.

You will lead shifts, coach colleagues, handle tills, support merchandising and stock control, and help deliver community-focused services while upholding Co-op's membership values.

You'll contribute to local community engagement, ensure excellent customer service, and participate in flexible scheduling to cover opening, middle, and closing shifts.
